@jextxadore oh yeah hard floors and pavements definitely exacerbate things! It sounds like maybe you have fairly normal foot architecture otherwise maybe? Regardless finding footwear that works for you is sooooooo nice so I bet you're relieved! You could definitely see a podiatrist if you're getting recurrent plantar fasciitis. They do cool stuff like looking at your gait pattern and the pressure on various parts of your foot and stuff. Really nifty

@matigo I have to wait out whatever time period for it to be considered a permanent total loss and then wait however long to probably get me a new bike. My bike was close to new so assuming all goes well I'll have a new bike soon enough. But I didn't realise that I'd not updated the registration details. However the bike shop obviously has proof of purchase and the insurance is in my name
