@hybotics sure, but what I'm saying are that those are the specifics you'll get asked back, and you said yourself that being asked more questions is going to make you anxious. If anything it's going to delay the decision one way or the other. Is it really so hard to email back "specifically: I can afford vet bills and vaccinations, and regarding transport I can afford a taxi or uber to and from vet appointments, and my landlord has approved me to have a dog"?
(As far as I can tell most of the other questions in that email thread have been about PDF applications.)
I mean it's up to you, but you're saying that you want this sorted ASAP and that being questioned makes you anxious. The wording I've suggested is unambiguous and concise. Ambiguity in wording (eg lumping in vet bills, the most expensive cost of pet ownership under "whatever") and not being concise is in my experience what leads to multiple questions.
