I mean it's up to you, but you're saying that you want this sorted ASAP and that being questioned makes you anxious. The wording I've suggested is unambiguous and concise. Ambiguity in wording (eg lumping in vet bills, the most expensive cost of pet ownership under "whatever") and not being concise is in my experience what leads to multiple questions.
