@gtwilson if it's the actual flu though getting up and about is hard sometimes because it's a horrible disease

@gtwilson one is meant to rest but still get up and walk to ensure one's lungs don't collapse giving you hypostatic pneumonia. So kind of a mix of your approaches methinks!
